My tenancy is ending, what should I do?

The owner of the property holds insurance for the land and buildings only. It is the tenants responsibility to arrange insurance for their own contents.

Who do I contact in an emergency or after hours?

Should an emergency arise at the property please contact the necessary emergency services, then your Property Manager immediately afterward. When contacting after hours, during weekends or public holidays please phone +64 21 041 5595.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

If you are concerned about something at the property, please contact your Property Manager. It is the tenants responsibility to report any damage or repairs straight away, failure to do so could result in being liable for the damage caused.

I am locked out of my home, what do I do?

Please contact your Property Manager to see if they can help. Alternatively, tenants may need to arrange a locksmith at their own cost.
