The information we hold is collected in accordance with the guidelines of the Privacy Commissioner and under the Privacy Act 1993. The information is held on file as required under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.

Billing information
Home address
Investment property address
Photo ID, Drivers Licence or Passport for identification
Information relating to a tenancy application
We collect your personal information in order to:
Confirm your identity
Be able to offer you our property management services
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to give a certain type of information, we may be unable to provide our services. We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing certain staff members to access it.
We keep your information for no longer than is necessary for its purpose at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital data and destroying physical documentation.
